In absence of any currency that measured brand and fan relationship on Facebook, we developed the first ever metric to set industry benchmarks. We created a framework that married two different currencies – attitude which was measured through a survey called FanIndex and behaviour which was measured through users’ actual Facebook activity tracked by Social Bakers to measure the factors that will help strengthen the brand and fan relationship.
 
We deep dived into the ways to build relevance in a Facebook community and measure it meaningfully. We have developed a strategic framework to recommend action areas and provide customized solutions about the factors that will work best to strengthen the brand-fan relationship.
