In June 2015, AccorHotels who own brands such as Sofitel, Mercure and Ibis, merged their individual brand apps into a unified AccorHotels app that allows consumers to browse and book over 3,700 hotels across the globe.
In line with the launch of AccorHotelsí new app, we were tasked with running an app install campaign across Asia Pacific. The aim of the campaign was to drive high quality installs, re-engage consumers and optimise towards bookings and revenue. We partnered up with three leaders in the field ensuring that appropriate app tracking was in place.
Key audiences were identified and segmented, multiple creatives developed to run over 3 months. Over this time period we over-delivered against our acquisition, engagement and revenue targets but more importantly, extensive analysis and evaluation enabled us to deliver meaningful insights and actions for AccorHotels to maximise their e-commerce platform via future digital campaigns.
