This campaign didn’t follow a traditional approach; we lacked the luxury of both time and money. In fact there was no client brief at all, just a unique and terrifying set of circumstances facing SPC, Australia’s oldest cannery. This is a demonstration of adaptive strategy in action and the impact it had on Australians, the market, retailers, big business and Government. #SPC Sunday leveraged a cultural tension that played a breakthrough role in rallying the support of the Australian people, ultimately saving the company and thousands of people their jobs.
