Shane has over 20 years of experience shaping and leading global marketing business towards business changes that reflect evolving customer needs.  As Head of Global Fuels Marketing with Shell Retail, Shane currently holds global accountability for managing Shell Fuels brand providing top-quality energy solutions across 80 markets including brand strategy, customer propositions, fuels technology and product development. Earlier, under the various marketing leadership roles in Retail Marketing, Employer Branding and  Customer Loyalty, she and her team were credited with award-winning work in launching new brands, propositions and delivering effective customer communications. She is a strong advocate in building customer centric culture by optimizing global expertise with local customer insights to offer a breadth of products and smart services to help our customers get on with their journey.
