Sandipan is the Chief Strategy Officer, APAC for Isobar, leading the transformation consulting practice as well as digital marketing strategy across all the 17 offices in the region. He is deeply involved in setting a culture that inspires high standards in the strategy product in the region.
As a member of the APAC leadership team, he has contributed in Isobar APAC being awarded the Campaign Asia Digital Agency Network of the Year for six times since 2011, the most awarded digital network in APAC.
He is the architect of the global digital strategy development methodology as well as a business transformation strategy framework that is used to consult with companies on how to spot, mitigate the risk and progress opportunities out of disruption. His current work is in the area of behavioral engineering.
Sandipan has served on the Steering Committee of the World Economic Forum. He is also an integral part of various global DAN partnerships with Google, Facebook, Amazon and Snap as well as a member of the global hub that operates at the centre of data and creativity. He is also a part of DAN APAC initiative around Ecommerce. He is a member of Isobar's Global Creative Excellence Council.
Prior to Isobar, Sandipan held senior strategy and P&L leadership roles in Y&R/Wunderman, OgilvyOne and DDB/RAPP.
He is a keynote speaker and a regular in the speaking circuit as well jury panels at awards shows. He also loves writing articles, training and mentoring young professionals.
