I am driven by brands that can make a larger impact in the consumer lives and have over 20 years’ experience in building global brands with purpose at heart of their business model that have changed lives. With strong expertise in transformational Digital Marketing I am responsible for driving category growth through Strategy, Innovation (NPD) or Renovation, supported by brilliant in-market execution. Currently I am a Global Brand Vice President at Unilever leading our biggest beauty brand Pond’s and am looking at building an on trend, purposeful brand. I am married to my lovely wife Shefali and we are blessed with adorable twin daughters Ada and Riyaa who are now 12 years old. I love to pamper and spoil the 3 girls in my life, though with my job getting busier I get to spend lesser time with them, something I want to change in the future. I am a keen Bollywood movie and music buff and love to watch cricket, run and play squash and badminton. I am also a keen stock market enthusiast and love to find those hidden gems which could become multi baggers in the future.
