She spearheaded the launch of the brand in the Philippines in 2014 and has contributed to the phenomenal performance of FWD from 29th to 12th place in Total Premium Income after its first two full years of operations, making it one of the fastest growing life insurance company in the Philippines. Roche led the company in winning the country’s back-to-back Marketing and Digital Initiative accolades at the Asian Banking & Finance Insurance Asia Awards. Prior to joining FWD, she spent 17 years of strong-in country advertising and communications experience in Southeast Asia with stints in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines with portfolio ranging from technology, financial services and lifestyle brands. Roche is also a sought after juror at international marketing and advertising award shows.
