Richa is a digital innovator with over 20 years’ experience with leading financial and consumer healthcare brands across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific including China .  She has deep expertise in disrupting traditional business practices into digital models and orchestrating organizational change. She is a Digital Advisory Board member at several Fortune 100 companies, and a TEDx speaker.  She is a thought leader on fintech and has launched digital and mobile-led banks targeting millennials in APAC. Richa quit banking and co-founded Fitness Quotient which focusses on working with individuals and corporate warriors across all walks of life to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
 
Richa has been a pioneer in the fintech space since 2000 and now is a leading agent of change in the healthtech space as is visible with the creative mobile first industry awards that J&J have won to date.
 
Richa places a strong focus on mentorship, within and without her organization.  During her finance sector days, she served as a mentor to women in banking to help actualize their full potential, and led campus recruitments to get more women in finance.  She also volunteers with Flowering Tree, an NGO that works on women and children causes in APAC and Muskaan, an NGO for intellectually challenged young adults.
