A marketer, innovator and connector, Prashant has held senior leadership roles across disciplines. His customer-first orientation enables him to span industries as diverse as packaged goods, technology and insurance, and he has built brands and launched products across all channels - direct, retail and online, in B2B and B2C environments.
One of Unilever’s youngest managers worldwide, Prashant started his career building out a rural sales and distribution system in India. He then managed the Hispanic & Immigrant Credit Card business at Capital One Bank, where his work in predicting direct marketing efficiency lead him to manage the Direct Marketing Centre for their entire premium portfolio. Prashant spent four years as CMO at Genworth (formerly GE Financial Assurance) before returning to Asia to serve as Regional Marketing Director at Dell. Prior to his current role as Director of Innovation at AIA, Prashant served as SVP and Head of Brand & Digital at DBS Bank.
At AIA he created labs with A*Star and NTU to accelerate AIA’s innovation agenda. He is also an angel investor. Prashant has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and an ExecEd Alum from Darden (USA), IMD (Switzerland) and IIM-A (India).
