Oliver is the Chief Customer Officer for Digitas APAC, part of the executive leadership team for the region. He devised the CRM offering which utilises smart data to drive marketing, retention, loyalty and advocacy goals, forming part of the agency Connected Marketing story across strategy, solutions, programmes and operations. Oliver’s expertise is drawn from 20 years’ in both corporate and agency roles, working through-the-line. He joined Digitas UK at the start of 2012 to run CRM, before relocating to Singapore in 2014 to build the brand and lead regional strategy as Head of Strategy for China, Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
Oliver has delivered award-winning work for brands that span a broad cross-section of industries globally, regionally and locally, including: Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic, Nissan, T-Mobile, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, VW, Nike, Barclaycard and Diageo. His creative strategic input has been recognised through agency wins at Campaign Agency Of The Year, The Webby awards, MAA awards, IAB and Travolution awards.
