Monica is a marketing & communication specialist with over 13+ years of multi-cultural marketing and digital media experience having worked as a Creative Agency Strategy Planning Director at Lowe, a Con-sumer Goods Marketer at L’Oreal, Godrej & Dabur India, and most recently Media Agency Digital Director at Maxus.
Currently as the Regional Digital Director at Maxus, she is charged with building out the Maxus digital product proposition across 14 markets. Her aim is to create a digitally led organizations via the adoption of co-created integrated planning framework and better use of data and technology.
In her career, she has worked across various categories ranging from FMCG, Airlines, Banking, Food & Beverage and most recently technology.
In 2016 Monica was featured in the Campaign Asia Woman to Watch for 2016 for the contribution to the business as Digital Lead of Maxus Indonesia.
