Melanie has spent her career leading the charge for behaviour change in people, brands and organisational leaders. She is devoted to putting the consumer at the centre of everything using Service Design. She helps clients perfect their front stage experience, by optimising their back stage operations. Including clients like Unilever, P&G, Mead Johnson, Shiseido, MetLife and Telkomsel.
Melanie started her career in London in data management, and swiftly graduated through the ranks of London’s top agencies, before moving into a digital strategy role at Proximity Worldwide.
From London, Melanie ventured to the French Alps to set up a ski business and after five amazing years she was enticed to return to Singapore to head up Saatchi & Saatchi’s planning team and the global strategy for Pampers Pants.
