Originally from The Netherlands and grew up for a large part of her childhood in Indonesia. Is a Master of Science in Marketing and Finance. Proud mother of two children Feline and Benjamin and wife of Maarten van Wel. Loves running (sometimes with their dog Raffles), skiing and road cycling. Loves to entertain at home (but refuses to cook the same things twice). Maud has been working for HEINEKEN since the start of her professional career in several marketing and sales roles. Previously was Marketing Director for DB Breweries (launched the campaigns Brewtroleum and Tui Catch a million with her team) and HEINEKEN Malaysia Berhad before starting in Singapore in her current role. Apart from accelerating revenue for the Heineken brand in APAC is also responsible for several of the brands global campaigns each year. Until recently was also ad interim Global Brand Director Tiger Beer.
