Margery Lynn’s marketing journey has taken several stops — from Dallas to Atlanta to Seattle to Sydney to Singapore. And at every one, it has reinforced her development as a marketer who eschews inclinations towards shiny objects to help brands develop strategies grounded in a nuanced understanding of people and how they relate to brands online.
Margery has spent the last 9 years in Asia. She has worked on the agency side as the General Manager and founding member of Dentsu Mobius (now DentsuX); landing and maintaining clients like Singapore Airlines, Disney Studios and Oreo. She has worked in higher education; lecturing at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at NTU. And, most recently, she has transitioned to the client side with Uber; building a world-class Social & Content org that revolutionised the practice within the organisation.
Margery is now the Global Head of Social Marketing and Social Customer Experience at Grab.
Margery has been listed among Asia’s Women to Watch and part of The Innovator 25 Asia. Her team's work has won awards at Cannes, D&AD, and Spikes.
