Lucy has over 20 years experience in helping brands create change and innovation. She specializes in identifying growth opportunities for brands, driving marketing transformation and wrestling complex problems into simple solutions.
Lucy started her career with Vodafone in the UK, launching what was at that time a transformative e-mail to pager product. She moved to Singapore 15 years ago, and has created transformational strategy for Global Brands including American Express, Diageo, Ericsson, Nokia, GSK, Levi Strauss and Unilever. She has a global strategy role for NestlÉ and has guided their teams through key innovations including the creation of the Chao Ma mother’s club platform in China, launching the first ever wearable energy tracker for kids for Milo and driving e-commerce success for Infant Nutrition in South East Asia.
Lucy loves creating teams that bring together different skillsets and cultural experience to deliver solutions that can work across markets
