Leroy joined Shiseido Asia Pacific in 2018 in the newly created role of Regional Director, Digital Marketing. He is responsible for partnering key senior leaders in accelerating digital transformation through enabling organizational digital competency, ad tech infrastructure and capabilities in the region. In the last 2 years, he oversaw the region’s performance marketing strategy driving E-Commerce successes and pioneered the first of its kind O2O attribution model within the Shiseido group.
Before Shiseido, Leroy led the media and digital transformation in BRAND’s Suntory. Before moving over to the brand side, Leroy honed his skills in the media agency world, progressively moved from digital into communications planning and combined his skills from both disciplines for clients in Banking, Travel, FMCGs and Luxury brands.
