Kristina Strunz has worked with Shiseido Group since 2017, holding global roles in the travel retail entity, first as Brand Director and subsequently as Division Director in 2019. In her current role she is responsible for developing brand and commercial strategies for the prestige and cosmetics brands, creating engaging retail design/animation concepts, visual merchandising and omni-channels including digital and media that drives the travel retail global and regional business.
Kristina aims to cultivate a strong portfolio of emerging and iconic brands, and to establish Travel Retail as a pioneer lab for Shiseido Group and as the Center of Excellence for Global Shoppers.
Prior to joining Shiseido, Kristina spent close to a decade at the L’Oréal Group, where she took on various marketing and brand management roles across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
She is a graduate from Humboldt University, Berlin with a Master of Business Administration and attended ESCP-EAP and St. Gallen Business School.
