Excited to be Jury President for Digital Strategy in 2019, I see this category evolving away from digital to something that is embedded within every part of an organization’s product, customer experience and commercial strategy.
What I am looking for is strategically creative solutions to business problems driven by customer insight and data that address each stage of the journey from awareness and engagement through to commercialization and future growth.
James has had experience in leadership roles across APAC & Europe leading teams across digital media, online retail, social, customer experience and data driven marketing (performance + brand). He has a breadth of experience across Consumer Electronics/Technology, FMCG, Finance, Automotive and Luxury and a track record of leading digital teams to deliver growth within large complex businesses. James is also on the editorial board of US Journal of Digital & Social Media Marketing and speaker at various events across globe.
