Ganna is a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in marketing and, as she would say, keeps learning every day.
She started her career as a marketing trainee at Kraft Foods Ukraine and, in less than 8 years, worked her way to leading chocolate category with $100mn in annual net revenues. Ganna faced and worked through various marketing challenges - product innovation, price-pack architecture design, equity building for established and young brands, brand repositioning with full bundle relaunch, category growth strategy development.
Her passion to explore the world outside of Ukraine brought Ganna to Singapore in 2010 where she took on regional role of a marketing manager for the future Mondelez International. Since 2010, Ganna lived and worked in Singapore and China leading innovation and white space entry projects. Most recently, Ganna has taken one of leading roles in Marketing Excellence function at Mondelez. She works with marketing leadership teams across the globe to build marketing capabilities in brand strategy, innovations, creative excellence, commercial management.
Ganna’s passions beyond marketing extend to multiple fields including singing, dance, movement, plant based nutrition and, most recently, training her Labrador puppy.
