Elman is dedicated to redefining modern Convenience, continuously striving to connect with consumers in creative ways. She is responsible for building brand equity, innovating customer experience and driving standardisation and synergies regionally.
Most recently, she made the Campaign Women to Watch 2020 list, which celebrates the achievements of the brightest and most dynamic female talent in marketing, media and communications in Asia-Pacific.
She received the Johnny Green Award from 7-Eleven International in recognition of her leadership in giving back to the community. She also won the Distinguished Marketing Award from the Hong Kong Management Association for marketing excellence.
Her varied career includes previous management positions at Wellcome, ParknShop, Fortress, Shell and Kathmandu. Furthermore, she takes great pride in nurturing future leaders and mentors graduate trainees.
Passionate about wellness, she holds a master’s degree in Food and Human Nutrition. And having lived in different cultures including Nigeria, the UK and Malaysia, Elman shares a global perspective and makes it her mission to develop promising creative talents regionally within the industry.
