Carlos has been with DDB since 2010. He first joined Tribal DDB as a Digital Strategy Director in Hong Kong. Whilst at Tribal he set up Radar, DDB's social media division, across the APAC region. In 2013 he moved to DDB Singapore where he has been responsible for DDB's regional MNC businesses specifically J&J (Neutrogena, C&C, Aveeno and Johnson's Baby) and Unilever (Walls and Lipton).
He started his career in strategy consulting in the UK. He then moved to Naked Communications where he worked with brands like Nokia, Diageo, Dyson, and Boots developing creative solutions to communication problems. Just before joining DDB he was the head of digital at Carat Hong Kong, where his sole focus was to help clients navigate the digital world. He worked on Adidas, Reebok, Tourism Australia, Virgin and Nikon both regionally and locally.
He has a unique global perspective having worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and given his background of being half-Thai and half-Peruvian.
