Bea is an award-winning planning leader with more than fifteen years of experience across international markets. Her approach to strategy merges brand planning and consumer-cultural insights with digital engagement and ecosystem strategy.
She currently leads Colgate-Palmolive Philippines’ IBE (Impactful Brand Experience) team. She previously held double roles at Dentsu Philippines as Chief Strategy Officer, and General Manager of iProspect, the group’s performance agency.
Prior to DAN, she held planning leadership positions across Asia Pacific. She led planning at Edelman Digital Singapore, managing integration focusing on content, influencer and B2B marketing. As Head of Planning at Wunderman Singapore her team worked across programmatic data, CRM, digital business solutions, and integrated communications. At McCann Shanghai she led regional digital and social strategy for Chevrolet. Prior to this she was charged with setting up the strategy team for McCann/MRM Manila.
She was included in Campaign Asia’s “40 under 40” list in 2018. Her work was also recognized at Campaign Asia's Agency of the Year Awards in 2012 when she was named SEA Account Person of the Year. In 2013 she was awarded Rising Star at the Global McCann Worldgroup Excellence Awards in New York. In 2014 she was recognized as a Young Market Master by Mansmith Philippines. She has judged the Warc Asia Strategy Prize (2019) and NYF’s AME Awards, Asia Pacific (2020).
Bea holds a professional certificate from New York University in Digital Media Marketing and is pursuing her MS Strategy & Design Management from The New School.
