IS YOUR WORK ELIGIBLE?
Please note that the above is only a summary of key information. It is not a substitute for reading the full entry rules in Entry Kit 3. The Rules.
|1.||Work has been created within the context of paying contract and genuine brief from a client OR, if its a case of self-promotion or for a non-profit organisation the top management has to have approved all media / production / implementation.|
|2.||Entry must have been aired, launched or been released to the public between 1 March 2019 and 31 January 2021. If only part of the campaign falls into this window, it must fulfil at least 3/4 (three-quarters) of the stipulated period.|
Entries will be accepted on the basis that:
* They are designed specifically for and to run in the Asia Pacific* region and are created by gencies in the Asia Pacific* region
* They are designed specifically for and to run in the Asia Pacific* region and are created by agencies outside the Asia Pacific* region
* They are designed to run globally as long as they are created by agencies in the Asia Pacific* region.
For the purpose of Tangrams Awards, those countries are: Australia; Bangladesh; Bhutan; Brunei; Cambodia; ; China; Hong Kong; India; Indonesia; Japan; Kazakhstan; Korea; Kyrgyzstan; Laos; Malaysia; Maldives; ; Mongolia; Myanmar; Nepal; New Zealand; Pakistan; Philippines; Singapore; Sri Lanka; Taiwan; Thailand; Turkmenistan; Tajikistan; Uzbekistan; Vietnam
WHERE & HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORK?
|1.||Register an account / Login to your account HERE.|
|2.||Download and complete the correct Written Entry Document according to the Tangrams type you are submitting into.|
|3.||Ensure you have at least the compulsory materials ready and in final version before you submit. Please refer to Entry Kit 1. Categories and Materials Requirement for more details about the entry materials required.|
|4.||All entries must be submitted via the entry submission platform. (the same place where you had created your account)|
CAN A SINGLE CAMPAIGN BE ENTERED INTO MULTIPLE CATEGORIES?
A single campaign can be entered into maximum 4 (four) categories - 1x(One) Product & Services and 3x(Three) Specialist Categories for Effectiveness, Media Strategy, Digital Strategy and eCommerce. There is no limit in number of categories to be submitted for Data & Analytics as long as its appropriate for the campaign.
